Increase the awareness of products and services

Harris Bank offers a variety of products and services that their customers didn’t know about. In-branch brochures and static signage weren’t generating customer awareness. It was obvious they needed a new and effective way to communicate in stores.

Using Siren’s Dynamic Digital signage, Harris Bank was able to manage not only bank-wide programs, but individual location news as well. Digital displays enhanced branch visits by providing customers with relevant product messages, community calendars, and stock market reports. As a result, the branches featuring digital signage experienced increased customer interest and awareness of products and services.
